Complaint

I bought a decoder 2019 which was never installed for the whole year. Later I received calls from mbd debt collectors and I was told I have been handed over to them for no payment. 3 months after the decoder was received and no installation I advised on Air to collect their devices. It was collected late in 2020 by Ram courier service. I received a call recently from on Air to inform me that my account is arrears yet they collected the device. On Monday the 15th I got another missed call from on Air lawyers.
