complaint

In january around the 27th i received a call by a lady from on air tv .selling to me an explora decorder .i told her that i have a contract with on air.which has not yet ended.though they no longer deduct from my bank.than the lady stated that my contract has ended.and offered me another explora.which was later delivered.and installed.than as days went by.on air called me on the 25th of this month.stating that i have arrears .from my previous decorder.i called them and they said that my contract is only going to end in november this year.so i humbly plead with you. To help me with my situatuon.as i am a pensioner. And i wont afford to pay for two decorders.it would be an honour to me.if you inform on air tv to take the settlement balance of R1547 from that lady by the name of Roza.because she sold me lies and dishonesty.my contact no: ***.ID ***.name :wilhelmina mampane.on air contact:***.
