Today I received a sms to tell me that I have been handed over to attorneys that will be collecting the money outstanding. This explora was never installed and as I have told you I am struggling since 2016 to get it sorted. If your attorneys are going to put me on the creditburo or ask me to pay them their fees I will go to the media. I think the one department in your office doesn't know what the other is doing. I demand that someone of management give me a call and sort this mess out. AFTER I WAS CALLED BY ON AIR AND CONFIRMED THAT THIS IS NOW SORTED THEY TOLD ME THAT ON AIR WILL CONTACT THE ATTORNEYS I WAS CALLED BY THEM. I REFUSE TO SPEAK TO THEM. PLEASE SORT OUT . IT SEEMS THAT YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. I DONT HAVE THE EXPLORA. YOU COLLECTED IT IT WAS NEVER INSTALLED....... I NEED EXPLANATIONS</p>
