Clear my name

Your service is very very poor even that one star rating you don't deserve it, last time you I asked to cancel a contract with you guys and you said it will be canceled after collecting your decoder now that your decoder has been collected 3 months ago still my name hasn't been cleared, just clear my name I want nothing to do with your business and would never recommend it to someone else.
