Cessation of contract (Explora)

I, Lefojane Paulus Mariti *** 081) was contacted by OnAir Tv about the Explora promotion that is replacing the SD PVR decoders that are no longer going t be supported by MultiChoice. It was explained to me (Mischelle) that a voucher will be provided for the installer to redeem.<br> <br> The agent did not explain that for currently insured decoders that Exploras were issued for FREE. This was revealed when I was at the Multichoice in Ladybrand (closest agents). This information is pivotal and crucial and was not disclosed by OnAirTV. Saturday (0407) and 06 July On Air TV was contacted to arrange how to send the package back still unused) and I was bluntly turned down.<br> <br> I feel that this is UNFAIR to me as a customer who should benefit for being insured.<br> <br> The package was delivered to me at work in Bloemfontein, 112 km from my home in Tweespruit. I waited for end of month to avoid double subscription. Agents in Bloemfontein (RF Technologies) work within 90 km radius then charge cal-out fee whereas Ladybrand is only 48 km. I need On Air Tv to take their package back and cancel this deal. I am not a new customer to Multichoice and should be treated as such.
