Careful of ****ming when your account is paid up

My account: OA-***2-1

I started my contract on the 23rd of March 2023 and my first debit order was on the 1st of April 2023, it’s now May 2025 which means my contract has ended. They tried to debit my account firstly with R109 then R189 showing that my account has completely ended but they are trying to continue debiting my account unnecessarily. I have paid the last instalment, why am I required to pay for May? I paid now on the 5th of May via an immediate link they sent me but their incompetence workers can’t even pick that payment up! I hate these people and would warm anytime trying to upgrade their decoder to rather buy it cash! I’m so disgusted and I will not pay anything further with these people! What a joke of a company
