Can't keep records and not reliable

Payed my account in full in 2018 and now they handed me over to Mbd for payment. Almost 2 weeks and my issue is not resolved. Keep on getting sms's for payment. My credit records is now also down due to *********** records from On Air TV. Not happy at all
