CANNOT BE TRUSTED

It is very clear and obvious that they cannot be trusted. They have absolutely no control or proper record keeping of what they do on their client's bank accounts. I was debited randomly with extra amounts that I did not agree to and yet they still harass me with threats that my account is in arrears. Despite sending them copies of bank statements and a proper reconciliation of my payments since inception they do not respond to e-mails and all telephone conversations are meaningless, as they are a 200% faceless business.
