Cancelled contract, but debit orders still going off

On the date of delivery I called in and spoke to Sumeshan to cancel the contract. I was told that if I paid the administration fee of R150 and the explora was picked up that the contract would be cancelled and no debit orders would go off. 4 days after initially delivery a courier was sent by Ignition group to collect the explora. I called in again, and was assisted by a lady that put me through to On air again to make sure that everything was cancelled. An additional amount was picked up that was still active and this was cancelled too. Since then 2 debit orders have gone off for R179 in March and then R159 in April, I tried calling but held on for 15 min+ without speaking to anyone. I have since reversed and cancelled the debit orders through the bank.
