CANCELLED 3 MONTHS AGO BUT STILL GETTING DEBITED EACH MONTH

Good day, I called in January to query all the debit orders each month and requested that they be cancelled (except the R 160.00 for installation). Eventually, after about 20 mails I had a response! And a phone call from Annelyn David to say that this would be cancelled. It is now 4 months later and I AM STILL GETTING DEBITED EACH MONTH????? For stuff I dont have or want???? I sent another 5 mails at the beginning of this month, THEY HAVE ALL BEEN READ, but, still, as at today I HAVE HEARD NOTHING and I presume I will be debited AGAIN this month?? Is there somebody there that can assist me and have these services terminated. And what about the past 3 months you have been taking money for something I cancelled in January???
