Cancellation of order

Onair TV has a sales track (pitch) that is intended to trick customers into believing they are calling you from DSTV or Multichoice. I was phoned yesterday by a telesales person who insinuated that I was a valued long time customer and that my current PVR decoder will soon no longer be supported and serviceable, in turn offering me an Explora Decoder. I have cancelled this order via email within a few hours of establishing the misrepresentation and ambush marketing. I will not be paying any cancellation fee as I am entitled to a cooling off period as per the CPA. It is disgusting the way they are tricking people.
