Cancellation of order

On the 25th February 2015 at about 11h00, OnAir Tv sales agent called to sell me an Explorer decoder. She claimed to be from Multichoice and offering an upgrade. I accepted to purchase the product. I however found out later that OnAir Tv is not part of multichoice and this was not an upgrade, I then decided to cancel the rder. This I did via email to [Email Removed] on the same day, 25th February 2015. Instead of receiving confirmation of the cancellation, on the 26th February 2015 I received an sms advising that the goods have been dispatched. the telephone number *** is a bogus number so I cannot get hold of OnAir Tv telephonically to cancel this order.<br> <br> I require OnAirTv to confirm cancellation and that they will not be deducting any monies from my account
