Cancellation datv streama

I ordered the dstv streama on monday 13 April 2026 Wednesday i called to cancel it they don’t want to assist me they saying they want my mother and i told the lady that my mother is pensioner she said ok the bill will be under you now suddenly i want to cancel they said they need mom, the order hasnt been delivered i cancelled it, ive send them WhatsApp to cancel ive send an email to cancel with mom and my id copies i called them so many times but still

I do not want the datv streama anymore please hello peter help me cancel it
