cancellation because of bad service. product did not come with what was expected as per sales

Onair people from multichoice called me for an upgrade on January 2026. i was so excited because my decoder wasn't working fine anymore and i planned to purchase new one. i was told this package comes with internet connection of which i would be able to connect certain number of people. there are so many different people calling me saying " they are working with Onair" requesting me to pay additional amounts of things they said are coming with package. tried to send them emails and WhatsApp telling how unhappy i am, they are dragging their foot to call. i took their contract because they said if I want to cancel, they will charge me R200 cancellation fee. Now i want to cancel but they make it difficult for me. if i knew that they are full of empty promises i should have bought a Decoder cash.
