CANCELATION THAT HASNT WENT THROUGH

I have sent numerous emails to cancel this service subcription, the decoder was delivered on the 27th February, the next day on the 28th I requested they collect and cancel, still no response, worse they attempted to Debit from my account on the 01st March.
