I am writing this public notice because OnAir TV phone lines state that agents cannot take calls, making it impossible to cancel telephonically.

Dear OnAir TV,

I am exercising my legal right to cancel the telephonic contract made yesterday within the 5-day cooling-off period under Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Please stop the contract activation immediately, cancel the courier delivery package, and completely remove my details from your billing system.

I have already instructed my bank to block any debit orders from OnAir TV / Ignition Group. Please reply to this review to confirm that this contract is officially cancelled.
