Cancel contract between me and that On Air t.v company

The Agent called me during January 2025, advertising the explorer decor only to find out she sold it in the wrong way, because they end up deducting the money that we didn't agreed. I e.mail them to complain, on their e.mail they agreed that their Agent was wrong they apologized but because we are talking about the money here I told them they must come and collect their staff. I need help because I cannot continue to pay the money I never agreed to. I still have their staff in my house which iam not interested anymore. They need to train their staff.
