Can I just get this letter from them that is all.
My Name is Jennifer De Jongh my account was handed over to their legal department. I have made the payments with that department its been over 3 weeks I have been asking for some form of confirmation that shows that the account is paid. To date nothing they referring me to Legal and Legal is saying speak to On air I have send my statements and Pop to show that I have paid this account and nothing. I am angry and about to loose my Job I spoke to leaders on leaders of leaders my airtime wasted with no service
