Call Centres sell lies.

They market and sell different product. When they call they advise that recording will be available on your request but when that time comes they don't give you or even check it themselves and communicate with the customer. The sold me this product, decoder with lot of channels for only R79/month. I asked there on the phone 'are you sure it's many channels except the basics for this price' they said yes. It came with many channels but month end DSTV wanted their R460. and the channels were taken away. I have been asking OnAirtv to revise the deal because I cannot pay R1900 for the decoder of R600. In stead they have been sending me threats sms. I tried to call them but not luck. I want to pay them but the correct product i have not the lie they sold to me.
