Bunch of ******** On Air

So an agent from On Air **** to me and said they will give me two decoders and I dint need to pay my DSTV subscription I can only pay R320 only. However that was not the case .I still had to pay my subscription and pay them R320. They debited my account and I reversed and blocked them .One of them called and telling they will debit my account and I asked them to look for the recording of the conversation.One. just called me admitting that I was mislead and now they want me to still pay for the decoders if i want to keep them. I told her I took the package because what i was promised was a bargain and in actual fact they are supposed to be compensation me for my inconvenience. She told me they can come get the decoders and cancel the deal,I gave away my old decoder and i can send back one , they still insist that I pay for the decoders and keep them. Im using one decoder and I will not pay for it as the money Im currently paying for my DSTV subscription is way above the R320 I was going to pay. On air they are ******** people. They need to be shut down.
