Bullying Pensioners into contracts ******

Just got home only to find a DSTV Explora in a box delivered by this company. Their call centre agents are trained into bullying old people into contracts of these items that they don't even need. My mother being one of them, is this not broad day light *******. ..? They can see that their item is not in use and they will continue deducting their premiums.

Why must our mothers be subjected to this nonsense. Come take your item and cancel this as I intend forwarding the matter into your CEO's office.
