Bul**** by OnAir

My experience with OnAir has been horrific to say the least! Not only was I pestered and browbeaten but they blatantly **** about their product. They offered 2 Exploras for R139 and when it was installed, sent an account for double what they offered. After writing to Wendy Knowler and Hellopeter they agreed to accept R139 which was paid religiously every month. Because they had set up 2 different account numbers - one for each Explora, the money went to different accounts for 2 months. I spoke to their accounts person in November and she agreed to sort it out. This was not done and now they've added more that they are claiming for and I have no idea where that is coming from. Clearly they are not only *********** but also a company that is determined ti cheat people out of their money . I have proof that they agreed to keep to their original offer of 2 Exploras for R139 but they want to bully me to pay more than that! Please avoid dealing with this company like the plague!!!!!
