Billing issues.

November 2019 I bought a DSTV explora from them for the monthly payment of R169.00pm over 2 years. All is fine but I have not noticed that they sometimes deduct that amount from my bank more then once a month. I have tried to contact them, but they are nowhere to be found. That in my book is *****. I have not tried to have it installed because with all the sales talk and promises that the machine is newer and more advanced I found that it is the exact one I already had. My bad.
