Billed for Nothing

After logging a complaint having been pitched with false information. They randomly showed up collect the decoder.

I was not sure who or what the driver wanted as he himself wasnt sure no warning nothing. I started getting arrear messages to spite the fact that every debit was paid. A month after they collected their decoder without warning they are still debiting me. Their whatsapp team never reppy its been weeks the call centre transfers you all over till someone decides to cut the call.
