OnAir TV is a **** honestly. I don't know how many times I have tried to clear this bad record of their and the last time they told me that they would clear it but they did not do it. I returned their decoder they told me to wait but still the record is there and this was last year. Now I can't even qualify for anything. My life is stuck. When you call their contact center you can't even reach them.
