Beware of OnAir

OnAir sold me a lie! The agent told me all the apps would be included without any additional charges, I only have to pay R189 per month x 24 months, after which I would own the device and continue my subscriptions for free. Absolute lies! I have complained on the 3rd of September, they said they would get back to me within 7 to 14 days. More lies! I have phoned them countless times and no one got back to me. But they're quick to try debit my account and contact me with threats about my credit score being affected! But no one can look into the lies and cancel my account! So dissapointed and frustrated with this ********* behaviour!
