Bad servives and ****s

I've reported Onair so many times. The matter was resolved and they promised to send an email for my credit score to be updated and told me that it will take a few weeks, but today when i looked at my credit score, it went down again with another 10 point. Altogether my credit score went down with 32 points. Since March I've been struggling to get my things wright, as it was all they fault and i couldn't pay for something that i never had. They services is very bad and i wouldn't not recommend anyone to do business with them.
