Bad services

I ordered a dstv streama which I opened to test if it was working , I was told by the agent that I have to pay additional amount if i wanted netflix which was not communicated to me prior to receiving the package, now I have to pay R350 to return the box and I feel that this was false advertising .This is a rip of, , easy money
