BAD Service provider

Hi I have signed up for a deal with the above written company last year. They decided to deduct money from my account, while I made a payment via an EFT. Last month they didnt deduct the amount agree on my account and now they are sending me threats via sms, I tried calling the call center and there's no one to assist.
