Bad service provider

I am still experiencing harrassment from onAir TV. They do not want to send me my statement which will show when they didnot get their payment when they send debit order. Communication over the telephone is something else they pretend as if they understand you but send you sms saying something else. I will pay only when my R179 is refunded and after receiving the statement until then. As I do not trust that the account number sent to me is legit if was it was I would have received my statement by now and my emails rep**** to
