Bad service from OnAirTv

OnAirTV is one of the worsed business that I have ever dealt with. They do present a package to people as if DSTV encoders will become obsulete. They target pensioners and do not take no for an answer. I have cancelled the contract the very next day that the call centre phoned me, and did not take delivery of the encoder. Yet they debit my account every month. I have phoned them to cancell the contract, send endless WhatsApp messages and emails, with no avail. They do not even bother to rectify the situation. So please people do not get caught by this company
