Bad Service

I never being so dissatisfied and disappointed in my life, last year i decided to give on Air a business as the Consultant was offering over the phone it was so promising and budget saving, finding out everything is a lie after i agree to the deal, the Decoder was delivered in my House, a day after it was delivered i find out i have to pay extra cash to subscribe to Netflix and Showmax that i never had problem with bcoz i have been using Dstv for 5years without any CV complications, I called after 3Days the story was different from first time story, i said cancel my service because you are not offering what you have promised. The one guy said they will investigate after they Will give me feedback, Even now no feedback i have received, the only thing that happened, the Driver from Skynet came to collect the Decoder. I never used the Decoder since it was delivered, my premium was R 250.00 that i paid twice, on top of that i was paying R170.00 without my approval, my credit score was effected by this stupid ****ming deal of Onair, i need my refund and my credit Score to be rectified
