Bad Service Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am really not pleased with the service of on airtv, I'm getting SMS that I'm in arrears while payment was made monthly without fail. They do not reply to emails and calls. They make use of sms the send message instead of emails since they do not want us to have their contact......bad service I ever experience and I wonder why Multichoice associate themselves with such organizations their service sucks
