Bad service

I am very dissapointed with the service i received from Onair Tv, i have purchased the DSTV explorer from them, only to findout that their not being honest when selling the product...i then decided to cancel the product....to come and install it did not take them a week, but now that i am cancelling it takes them a month. I am tired of calling them daily asking the same thing. My worry is if something happen to it i have to take responsibility since it is still in my house...i have phoned again yesterday and i was told someone will come yesterday at 17:00 and i had to make arrangement so someone is there when they get to my house but unfortunately no one pitched or even call to say they couldn't make it. I am sick and tired calling them daily for the dame thing. I am very ****ed and aski g myself questions on why did i even agreed to do that in a first place.
