Bad service. Bad credit score.

Bad service, wrong info about their product, OnAir empty promises. I am now in bad credit score with my bank because of them. Five mos payment I withdraw because they didn’t stick to their promise. They listen ed to my recording and found that they are wrong and cancel the account as they say but I am left with a bad credit score. Please help me with my credit score.
