Bad service and misconception on the terms of the contract.

I was sold on a 12 months contract and a simcard to go with the device, I never received the simcard and I was told that the contract is 24 months. I'm currently paying for a device I'm not even using. They take longer to respond to emails and during calls they are taking me from piller to post
