I have been in contact with these company regarding i bought on contract with them ,i bought a streamer through them and i tried all forms of communication including emails and whatsap ,every month i pay them on time ,and im actually paying for a streamer doesnt work,and one of the disturbing behaviour is that their debiting system is pathetic it debits clients at their own time yet on transunion is affecting their client credit rating , i have never seen *********** organization that doesnt take care of their client's such as ON Air, its been more than 6 month without using that streamer
