Bad service

I joined On Air two years ago and my contract was suppose to be two years and they are still deducting from me, agents are still calling for an upgrade but can't assist with the current issue, tried to call them several times but no one picks up the phone and even their WhatsApp number is not responding funny enough on off days their outomated machines do respond, will just reverse my money from now on .
