Bad sales

these people took money off my account to addition cost of with i did not agree too for 13 months we have being paying for services we did not even used because we did not agree too these ****** listen to the recording find that we did not agree to these extra services the telling us that they will only refund us for 3 months, so I'm asking myself why should i accept that i need my full refund. and they customer services sucks so
