Bad Record management and Poor service - No Proof of records for accounts being debited

This company has bad record management. They are not to be trusted with personal information, from my experience I never took up a contract with them in my name and yet they have my ID on record and the account in question shows that I'm in areas while they debit my husband's account monthly. I requested statement and letter that proofs I don't owe them and they provided this information with wrong names and they cannot proof in whose name the contract was taken. Eventually their accounts consultant named Padmani Kandhan refused to provide details of the account and totally ignored my email requests.

Be careful with this company and the R99 debit orders they collect without verifying information.
