Bad organisation to do business with

Shirty organization to do business with. They always apologize on WhatsApp messenger and NEVER deliver what we request. I've settled my debt, requested the statement - dololo as I believe I've paid more than what I owed. I requested settlement letter,still........... All they do is to apologize..... I will never encourage anyone to do business with them. Yes, I understand that they assisted me but I've paid moss....... 😔🤬😡Mxm
