Bad Experience - Judgement

I need someone to contact me urgently you guys are messing up with my credit report cant even buy a house of because you guys in my credit report. The report shows that i am 2 months behind, this was back in 2017 when someone from your company contacted me, we agreed on everything but funny part is the money was deducted for two months, yet there was no installation occurred, and the lady form you service desk did call me on the 3rd month i have asked to cancel this as i was not happy already. So to cut it short, i never had any equipment from you and i want this to be rectified as this affecting me big time!!
