Bad customer service

On the 12 /06/23 I received a call from on airtv saying she was helping me to activate my decor then she said to me I'm not gonna sell you any contract and there is no additional charges but to my surprise she make two orders for me which is things that I didn't want I send them an email to tell them to cancel those orders ,so today my has approved those two debit orders so I'm not happy about an OnAir Tv service they lie to people so please help me
