Bad Customer Service

What an awful experience..I had several calls from your agents trying to convince me to upgrade my DECODER..I told the lady that I'm happy with my EXPLORA, and she went on and on and on.....

After listening and explaining again..she was so rude. threw the phone down while I was speaking to her..(is this how you treat potential customers? )not even a thank you or a Good bye..JUST PLAIN DISGUSTING.
