Bad customer service

My aunt is an elder who's using On air, she doesn't even know how it works, she's not paying the same amount every month. I tried calling them, they said to me they would like to talk to her, I gave her the phone but they hung up on her. They haven't called back to date. I text them on WhatsApp, no response, why are they doing this to our elders
