They offer you a package deal with the streamer DSTV. There is no such thing you have to have a 3 party subscriptions to have it work. I cancelled the deal the very next day after delivery. They debit your account and cant be reversed. no one helps you to correct it. Customer support doesn't exist. they are really bad

you cant phone them , because the number doesn't work.
