Bad business morals

In 2019, I received a call from On air agent selling me on air contract , on the records I asked the agent how does this contract works ? She rep**** that I will receive dstv explora and same will be installed in my house within few days. Further I asked that I have dstv decor that I paid premium every month and what will be the difference between this one and what she is offering? She told /advised me that if I take this product there is no need to pay dstv monthly premium. Meaning everything is included in the contract and not to pay dstv as separate monthly premium. Based on the fact that I’m not going pay premiums to dstv I then agree to take the contract. Few days I received 2 exploras and one installed in my house. After month deductions were into my bank account as agreed. Second month I received a message from my tv screen that I should pay dstv R450. Then I phone on air tv and I asked them why channel are blocked of non payment because it was agreed that only pay onair account? I was then advised that onair account is separate from dstv/multi choice. Then I referred the agent to the recording of the contract. After few minutes an official from onAir tv came to me and advised that I was misled. It means the agent misrepresented the company. Then we agreed that a contract will be terminated and Onair will arrange to come to my place and recover their exploras .I further asked that case I request refund of money deducted on my account hence the contract is now null and void.

However in this aspect I was further advised that I should proceed to stop debit order. I stopped the debit order of course while I’m waiting for Onair to come to take their stuff.

However few months, I received various calls from various debtor collectors indicating that my Account is in arrears. I advised I don’t have a contract with Onair since it was terminated because misrepresentation.

What I need now need ONAir to cancel and close my file. Withdraw my name from debtor collectors.
