Bad bad service

Very very bad service, consultant sold your item wrongfully, he told me I'd be only paying R199 including channels, when it comes month end, I paid this R200 but my channels were blocked I had to pay them separately, while I was never told about, now my record it bad due to this Onair thing Come take your decoder and remove my name from ITC am not owing you guts anything, collect your item and remove my name from your system, I'd never ever in my life advice anyone to take anything from you guys
