Bad and unprofessional service

They sent me emails saying my account is in arrears and I'll be taken to lawyers. When I called and enquired they told me was account was not in arrears but I kept on receiving these threatening emails. Worse part they never even called me to update me after I called

I don't want anything to do with them EVER. I just wish they could delete my contacts from their system and not EVER contact me as I have finished their explora.

To me, I think their departments are not insync.
