Bad and unfriendly service

The service is very bad and very unfriendly staff. haven't sorted out my issue from May 2020. Send numerous emails to no avail also phone calls. just put the phone down in my ear. when we got the On air the lady said its a decoder for R160 for 4 months not 24 months. When is was installed the installer said we just need 1 decoder because we do have one already. The decoder is still in the box and On tv refuses to pick up the decoder unless I pay R350. I have told them to take it and they must cancel the 1 description. I just cant get any help from them to sort out this issue, now they want to hand me over. How must I get this sorted out if their staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. And at the moment I don't even have Dstv because of the Covid issues.
